Privacy Policy

Itervia Health abided by all applicable privacy laws.

Once a client and owner of IterVia Health reach a service agreement, all services and interactions will be provided to ensure client privacy.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) was passed in 1996 to protect the patients’ interests. This act makes sure the protected health information of patients stays confidential.

Session notes will be kept private, either in a one-drive cloud file on a computer that is password and fingerprint protected or in a locked file cabinet.

Clients may request a copy of any notes at any time and share with whomever they so choose. IterVia Health will not share records directly with anyone other than the client.
