Temporary Closure of in person Reiki

Welcome! For those of you who know my Integrated Reiki service, I am temporarily shutting down my in person Reiki. I am very excited to be attending the New World School of Ayurveda and this program will allow me to offer even more services to help you with your health and wellness. I look forward to introducing my new website and service offerings in 2024. Until then, I am still available to provide Transformational Health Coaching and free consultations to determine if I can help you with your health and wellness goals.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a holistic healing system that is 5,000 years old.  It is based on the understanding that health and wellness depend on balance and consciousness between the mind, body and spirit.  Ayurveda uses products derived from plants such as herbs and tonics, minerals, and oils as well as diet, exercise and lifestyle to help patients regain their health and most importantly, to prevent illness overall.  It is also known as natural and personalized medicine.

What does an Ayurveda Practitioner do?

Ayurvedic practitioners are concerned with promoting, maintaining and restoring health. They help people to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eliminate impurities from the body, reduce stress and fight against various health problems.

An Ayurvedic practitioner can apply therapeutic treatments according to the Ayurvedic system of medicine. They utilize a deep knowledge of disease diagnosis according to constitution, pathology, anatomy, three dosha. digestion, purification therapies, Ayurvedic herbal medicines and other Ayurvedic formulations and pharmacology

Reiki and overall energy healing is also a part of the Ayurvedic promotion, maintenance and restoration of health. I look forward to combining all of my skills, knowledge and experience into one offering of overall health and wellness.
